At Skyhigh Construction (SW) Ltd, we offer a wide range of roofing and cladding services. Our services are divided into  three categories – supply, supply and fit, and fit. We can either just supply you with the materials or just carry out the fitting process. If you want us to handle both, we can do that too.

New builds

We can carry out completely new roofing and cladding projects for you. Our projects are done in accordance with the latest building regulations such as u-values and air tightness. We have a wide range of cladding systems and metal roofing options on offer to help you achieve the desired appearance and aesthetics.

Refurbishing

We offer refurbishing services such as ‘Stripping and Replacing’ and ‘Over Cladding’.

In our ‘Stripping and Replacing’ options, we remove all existing cladding and roofing in order to replace them with our newer materials. We make it a point to provide a pleasing look both, internally and externally. We also ensure that proper u-values are achieved in order to achieve energy efficiency and good insulation.

For Over Cladding, we fit new cladding systems over older ones. We can add new cladding to brickwork, cement, steel, stone, and more. Our Over Cladding is guaranteed to keep your structure leak- and draft-free, while boosting insulation and improving appearance. Maintenance and repair

1.Alterations

We can carry out alterations to help structures offer more functionality with changing usage patterns. This includes fitting new doors, creating new window openings, extensions, and changing roof pitches.

2.Gutter lining

Gutters, internal and external, often end up with leaks. This can lead to severe damage, if ignored. Skyhigh Construction (SW) Ltd can fix this problem by installing rubberised gutter linings, that are highly effective in preventing leaks.

3. Flat to pitch conversions

Flat roofs can cause all kinds of problems. For instance, they are a number one source of water stagnation. We can convert flat roofs into pitches using the best materials. We can also fit a roof coverings of  your choice to ensure that the structure does not lose its aesthetic appeal.

4. Roof lght replacement

We can increase the amount of light entering your internal space by making effective roof light changes. Our roof light replacements are done using materials that withstand external damage or wear and tear for longer periods of time.
